As an Integrative Psychosynthesis Counsellor I will help you to explore a new view of yourself in a unique and healing way - together we will Re-Vision the relationship you have with yourself and with those around you.  I wonder how the thought of that might feel?

Talking is part of the process of self-healing.  Through the therapeutic relationship we will work with sometimes difficult and painful experiences and the emotions which come with those experiences.    

Integrative Psychosynthesis counselling is about exploring the whole you – physical, emotional, mental, soulful and spiritual. I believe this opens up the way for a new awareness that may help to provide you with renewed strength and balance in your life.
