A relationship is a living entity that requires nourishment to help it to survive, grow and adapt.  This nourishment is provided by the people involved in the relationship.  Lasting change that supports and empowers both of you will only come through openness and honesty.  

It takes courage to admit when something is not working and to ask  for help.  In couples counselling I will compassionately help you to explore your difficulties, concerns and hopes for your relationship. Sometimes despite all your efforts the relationship has come to its natural end, and I can help you to work with and through what is often a painful separation.
